System Requirements:

To access NetStream Hosted Exchange Mail services customers must provide at the very minimum:

• an Internet connection with sufficient bandwidth and quality to allow trouble-free browsing and data uploading and downloading;

• a fully functional Internet browser;

• Microsoft Outlook 2000/XP/2003/2007 for direct (MAPI) connections to the Exchange server (MS Outlook is provided free once you subscribe to NetStream services);

• MS Outlook Express 5/6 for POP3/IMAP connections to the Exchange server or other email client software capable of supporting POP3 or IMAP.
   

Supported Protocols

NetStream Hosted Exchange server supports multiple protocols so that your new email account is compatible with existing email software.  Many people just want email and they want to use the email client application they are used to.  For that reason NetStream supports POP3 and IMAP.

Download Outlook

With every NetStream Email Account you are entitled to a Free copy of Microsoft Outlook a $90 value for the duration of your subscription.  Outlook 2007 is your key to unlocking the best collaborative features of Exchange.  By clicking the Download Outlook 2007 button you will be redirected to the control panel where you will need to log on with your NetStream administrator account.  If you are not the administrator for your hosted Exchange environment then you must have your administrator download a copy of Outlook for you.

Password Policy

Account/Password Policy.  NetStream enforces and adheres to a strict Account/Password policy. These policies are in effect for your protection as well as the protection of our systems and our other accounts. There are no exceptions to this policy.
