Password Policy

NetStream enforces and adheres to a strict Account/Password policy. These policies are in effect for your protection as well as the protection of our systems and our other accounts. There are no exceptions to this policy.

The policy is as follows:

The password should contain at least 6 characters of different types (letters, numeric's, special characters. A special character is any non-alphanumeric character.) or at least 8 single-type characters (for example, only letters).

If the password is being based on dictionary words, the password of this level must consists of at least 2 words and 2 special characters.

Details:

  • Maximum password age -- no-limit
  • Minimum password length -- 6 characters
  • Passwords must meet complexity requirements -- Enabled
